The drive

About ninety minutes from Melbourne, and fifteen from Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. Two ways in, and about half our guests take each.

Up the Calder Freeway (M79)
Head north-west out of the city and the suburbs give way to farmland and forest, all the way to Kanga Track in Yandoit.
Along the Western Freeway (M8)
Head west towards Ballarat and turn north as you get there, up through the hills to Kanga Track in Yandoit.

Park beside reception. The tents and cabins are a short walk along the tracks, and the hills take over from there.

Glamping in Victoria, without the long drive

Victoria has glamping on the coast, in the high country and among the vineyards, and plenty of it is a long way from the city. Cosy Tents is ninety minutes from Melbourne, which makes it a Friday-afternoon-to-Sunday trip rather than a week off.

It is small on purpose: fifteen tents and cabins spaced out across the hillside, adults only, and quiet after dark.
